OUR SERVICES

Collective Machining Solutions is a modernized CNC milling and lathe turning facility. We have a high level of skill and experience in our shop and therefore we are capable of handling challenging, complex parts. 100 % inspection is considered a key component of our operation and project based work is our specialty – previous projects managed by us have included Isolation Tools, Down hole drilling parts, BOP components, and power tongs.

CMS has a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) on our team available to customers in various capacities. (ie design, prototyping). We operate GibbsCAM programming software and our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is JobBOSS. We are affiliated with Active Burgess – a large multinational machining company headquartered in Windsor, Ontario to handle our large scale work. CMS has developed many solid relationships with various facilities to provide heat treatments and source specialty metals.
